"I ordered from the huntington store because the milton store lost my order. Then the huntington store lost my order. I called 2 weeks or so after placing an order and they have nothing in the system. Absolutely terrible customer service. No tickets, no confirmation orders at all. How can you takr an order from me and not actually have anything in the system? Spent a whole month waiting on siding only for this incompetent establishment to fail me. I would have my building done by now, instead I have to order through another company now."
"Roger Thompson is a great guy to work with we are very pleased on the pricing of the siding for our house. Gino Lambert is the contractor. We would recommend both."
"They are very helpful and courteous people . They will take all time necessary to take care of you . Especially Jeff Walters and Jeff Rowe ."
"A wonderful experience and very knowledgeable employees. Would give ten stars if possible. I would definitely shop all my home and business needs at 84 Lumber over anyone else. I highly recommend this place."
"Called three times over the course of a week to ensure they had the 16' LVL beams that I needed to complete a project all three times they said "yes we have those and we'll cut them for you when you get here". when I arrived after standing around for 5 minutes they finally said we can only sell you two 18' beams because if we cut them 16' (like they told me they would) they would be left with a 4' scrap. when asked if I would have to pay for the extra that I don't need and did not want to buy they said sure. Last time I ever deal with them."
