Pinnacle Bank 340 Jesse Jewell Parkway, Gainesville, GA 30501

"I opened an account at this bank and received my card. I was told that my PIN would be mailed to me. I waited over a month and called back to the bank and explained that I never received my PIN so they told me they would mail it again. Again, never received. I have now had a bank account with them for over eight months and still no PIN so I have never been able to use the account. When I called a third time, they told me that I could go into a branch and have the card activated. I expressed that I live 1 hour and 45 minutes away from the closest branch at this time and that it wasn’t that simple. They were unwilling to help in any way. I also made a deposit for my business in the Covington, GA location with a payment drawn on the every same bank. The deposit was lost that afternoon. I had to call in the next day to see what happened and why my deposit wasn’t present. I was told that the teller screwed it up yet my deposit had posted to my business account immediately before I left the branch. It took me calling for them to see that they had made a mistake and correct it. They are no customer service oriented in any way and have some careless workers. Do not get them confused with Pinnacle Financial Partners. That Pinnacle financial institution has branches in 26 states and great reviews whereas Pinnacle Bank has only a handful in the state of Georgia. would push anyone to go to United Community Bank. They are fabulous!"
