"If I could I would add no star. I went in today with my mother in law to help her apply for a loan. As soon as we walked in I told Samantha my mother in law came in to apply. She asked for her name and immediately asked if she spoke English. We told her no and she said she would have to ask someone if it’s okay if I translate for her because “their policies” have changed and she wasn't sure if they could proceed with the application or loan if she didn’t speak any English. What????? She sent a text and asked if we can wait 30mins. My mil said we could wait 10. Samantha made a phone call and I could hear her explain that I walked in with her but that my mil spoke absolutely no English and asking if they could continue. When she got off the phone I asked if she was able to apply, her response to me was “We’ll do it.” I work at another Finance company near by and know plenty others who have non-Spanish speaking employees and I have NEVER heard of anyone ever questioning about helping ANYBODY that walks in just bc they don’t speak English! That is true DISCRIMINATION!!!! I have had many other offices call me personally so we can translate for them to help them communicate and better understand their customers. If World wanted too they would even if it meant finding a way, no questions asked! I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE! There are many others who are willing to help their customers and treat them fairly without discriminating someone for what language they speak."
