"Very unprofessional, doesn’t treat customers with dignity and respect. Observed a conversation by the office manager Reggie with a customer over the phone that was completely mind boggling, he was rude and belittled the customer. Previous office managers and staff complete opposite of the staff now. I been doing business with them for years but after I complete my loan agreement, I will not be back. Use discernment when dealing with this particular place."
