"Zaxby’s continues to supply with a great chicken sandwich it’s crispy and it actually tastes like real chicken. I love how they have a soda machine that serves unique flavors of Coke ,Sprite and Fanta! Would recommend!"

"This is an okay location, but not the best. I went inside to avoid the long drive through line. I was the only customer ordering inside, yet every single person in the drive through got their orders before me! The woman taking my order said I could not use the BOGO coupon because it didn’t have a date on it. Meaning that I should have kept the entire receipt, not just the tear off bottom portion. There has never been an issue using their own coupons before. Neither their receipts nor their survey website states that you must keep the entire receipt for the promotion. They always give customers the bare amount of fries, too. The drink machine had ice overflowing from it, so much so that I could not fit my cup under it and ice was falling on the floor. Disappointed in this location right now."

"Do better Zaxbys. Your order taker stood so far from the window we practically had to shout. Then your drive through window staff stop us 30 feet from the pressure plate so we don't activate the delivery timer, and when asked why they stopped us with nobody in front of us said it was because our food wasn't ready? That would be the food they were in such a rush to finish that they got the order wrong requiring my girlfriend to go in to the restaurant where she was rudely treated, and then mocked behind her back when she was walking out. That's right, I saw your pulled faces and snide remarks being exchanged. Picture is proof of time if visit and purchase."
