When I believed I had received the incorrect drink, she made it right, with a great attitude! I’ll definitely be back, thanks to Kaylee!! I would gladly hire her to be a part of my management team. "The cashier was amazing and had a great attitude. My one Burger took 15 minutes to get in the cook made server to walk in the back to get my sandwich. Because of the cook was too lazy to put my food in the window which was a couple inches from him. I'll say it again Tallahassee has not disappoint me with in the worst service in the USA."

"I am a doordasher the service horrible. Each time I went I had to wait extra amount of time for orders. Other customers came after the doordash orders they did those orders first before doordash. They did not treat the doordash orders as important as the others. Most of the girls walked around looking dumbfounded."

"would NOT recommend ordering decorated cakes here. I ordered this cake online with ample notice (ordered April 18 to be picked up on April 27). I requested blue frosting and the writing shown below. When I got there to pick up the cake, it was not decorated. Then, after about 5 minutes they came out and said they didn’t have enough blue frosting to decorate it, only green. Very frustrating as they should’ve known because they had enough advance notice. Then, they finally bring it out and it looks like this. I could’ve done a better job decorating it myself. Do not offer to decorate cakes if you are unable to do so nicely. Very frustrating to pay money for a cake and it not turn out nicely."
