"My son has been through so much with his teeth due to injuries. I have never dealt with a dentist office that would behave like they have. Extremely rude and unorganized. I honestly believe the dentist is one of the best but the staff are beyond unprofessional. No communication, asking for treatment plans multiple times, double billing, and staff members sending nasty text messages which were inappropriate. This process should have only lasted 3-4 months but now going on 10 months. Never again will anyone in my family step foot in this office. They should owe us money. ******response to Oral Surgery. It is absolutely not professional to text a patient and tell them to shut up! We have the messages and very inappropriate. Oral surgery did not provide treatment plans to go over prices until the day of the appt. Front office staff is known to be rude. I never once said anything unprofessional about the dentist. It’s the office staff that can do better. Be the Christian you claim to be."

"Dr. Cho and all his staff are truly the best in the industry when it comes to dental surgery! My first experience of having all my wisdom teeth removed was the best it could have been for someone who is rather apprehensive about dental work in general. Dr. Cho and all his staff explained the process patiently, ensuring that I knew what to expect, and made me feel comfortable and assured. They had genuine care for the patients. There was not a single issue throughout my healing process. When I had to get a tooth removed and get an implant, I went back to Dr. Cho, and, once again, never had any issues during the entire healing process. I almost feel guilty that both my major procedures seemed a breeze. Everything was perfect and done with care. There were no surprises on the insurance billing also, which shows that the office staff is knowledgeable and experienced, on top of being kind and professional. Even though getting dental work is something I try to avoid at all costs, I definitely would go to Dr. Cho again .... that is only if I do have to! "Wow. Just wow. I had 2 wisdom teeth that were immensely impacted and Dr. Cho(an MD and DMD) explained the whole procedure and answered all my questions. I knew I made the right choice when I did not feel a thing when he inserted that IV needle and I did not feel any discomfort after waking up from anesthesia. The pain was 2/10 on the first day and disappeared completely on the second day.
