"I like it here Np Lashonda is very nice and knowledgeable and excellent bed side manners. She helped me out with my problem. Thanks"
"I shouldn't have given one star but there isn't an option to choose not too! I would not recommend this off to anyone! I called yesterday talked to an agent to schedule an emergency dentist visit for my 14 year old daughter the lady told me they accepted her insurance took the member number and said yes we do take it it was approved! So the lady set the appointment of for the following day at 4pm ! So that was today we went in told her my daughter's name and she said we can't see her you will have to leave and I said why noti made an appointment? The rude lady at the desk told me they don't accept her insurance I said okay so can I just pay for the visa and might I add my daughter was crying and screaming in pain in the lobby and the lady said NO YOU CANT JUST PAY ! THEN LAUGHTER LIKE IT WAS FUNNY MY DAUGHTER WAS ON TEARS!! I tried speaking with the supervisor and she was more ride than the first lady! She told me to just leave and take her to the hospital! What ?? A hospital can't pull a tooth! The supervisor also left us standing in the waiting area for almost an hour before she came out!!! When I asked for the supervisor 4 other people that were already seated asked for the head supervisor number ! This place should be shut down or at least have people thier who care about other people's feelings especially a child's!"
"Although Walmart health seems to be overlooked by many. Actuality they’re top tier when it comes to medical experience. Every time I go it is always fast to be seen. I never feel rushed in and out. They actually take time to listen to any concerns I might have with responding with reasonable diagnosis. If they can’t pinpoint what the cause is they request testing. After all the offices I have visited in Cartersville; I can not thank my new doctor at Walmart health enough!"
"I’m actually amazed at how bad this place is. They constantly mess up. I have been on the same medication for 7 years now. I decided to switch providers because the price difference, but every single month I have an issue picking up my meds. They are constantly called in wrong or by a different brand. Filling, dosing and refills are wrong every time. Every month I sit on hold for 30 minutes explaining the same issues and it never seems to get resolved, as the next month the issues persists and I’m on hold again. I’d be mindful of the meds they call in as I have now picked up the incorrect medication multiple times from my pharmacy because that is how it has been called in by the providers. I live over 45 minutes away and their resolution is just “to come in and talk to a receptionist”. I know mistakes happen in the medical field and in general but it shouldn’t be a monthly issue."
"Dr. Patel is wonderful, but the check in process prevents patients the ability to see her. You cannot even schedule an appointment unless you have your insurance information to give them. I totally understand it if you are a new patient, but she has been my primary for over two years. I thought the first time was just an unfortunate circumstance, but apparently this is the new norm."
