Cartersville Dentist Office

"New patient, very nervous about the appointment. Showed up early to fill out paperwork and was taken back 20 minutes after my appointment time. 10 minutes for x-rays then was moved to a different room to get measurements taken. After 20 minutes of waiting, I got tired and left. Total time at the clinic 1 hour 15 minutes. Total time waiting 1 hour. If you don't respect your patients time, I can't see any reason to patronize this establishment. Edit: responded to a negative review within an hour though. Good job you guys! Way to prioritize!"

"One of the best Dental care & experience I have ever had. The staff members were AWESOME! I had the pleasure, yes I said pleasure of having my teeth cleaned by Erica Liggons, RDH. She was wonderful! My teeth feel so much better! It was pain free. She was tender, careful, informative & efficient. The BEST I've ever had."

"Was very disappointed on the 2 hour long appt to only get X-rays done and then was told the gums around my molars were bad and needed a DEEP cleaning costing me alot of money and that’s with insurance. The dentist was rude when I questioned why I needed this deep cleaning. Mind you I have my teeth cleaned 3 times a year and have used the same dentist for 15 years. I moved to Cartersville 4 months ago and this was one of my fears. Long story short, I knew this couldn’t be correct so went to another dentist today and yes my gums are healthy and the dentist there wasn’t trying to scam me for work that didn’t need to be done. My advice is before ever spending big money for procedures, get a 2nd opinion. Could save you pain and money!"

"I hadn't been to the dentist in a while because of health insurance complications so I was long overdue and very nervous to start going again but this office put me at ease. All the workers are so nice and knowledgeable and my hygienist, Erica, did an awesome job and was so gentle. I had a deep cleaning without being numbed (my request) and it didn't hurt at all! I also got my first filling and everyone in the office was happy to answer my questions and concerns, even the receptionists. My teeth look brand new again!"

"Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Stephanie was my hygienist and she is gentle and super efficient. The Dr. I saw was amazing and told me what we needed to do with no pressure and he was very nice. I would recommend this practice to anyone who wants great care with knowledgeable friendly staff."
