"RUN away from this place!! Terrible experience there, both my husband and I were told that we needed work done that was NOT needed (confirmed by follow up appointments at our current dentists). We were charged for the care that we DID allow them to do before it was actually approved by the insurance, only to be charged HUNDREDS of dollars more than what we actually owe after insurance adjustments and payments. It's been a year and we still haven't been refunded the money, despite assurances by staff that it would be refunded at the end of the month. They don't answer the phone for me to continue following up with this and since we no longer live in the area I can't walk into the office to follow-up (I'm a travel nurse that was on assignment in Cartersville when we received care). AVOID this place, the bad reviews are the REAL reviews"

"Absolutely awful. Purchased an almost $6,000 set of braces for my daughter, we had other options but went with a smile for you because we really liked the Orthodontist they had. That went down hill quick, as he is no longer with them and they apparently don’t have a SOLID orthodontics team. My daughter has not been seen regularly by them in the last year or longer. She will sometimes have to wait months on a band change. And they have no remorse for this type of service. I told the receptionist that I will be cancelling my contract and she informed me that I can do that but I will still have to pay them. I read my contract and that is most definitely not the case. These people are not in the business to offer a service to their patients, they are in it for the money and money only . I honestly believe the business practices they follow should be illegal. I am not sure who owns this company but I would be embarrassed."

"Had an appointment and waited 2 hours before we were seen. I had to go up to the front desk to ask about the time. On top of that the dentist wouldn't even listen to my concerns. Brushed it off like it was nothing. I should have trusted my gut when I had a bad feeling about them. Communication is terrible. Took them forever to return my calls."

"Over charged me when they said something was not covered by insurance. Confirmed with insurance the bill was paid in full. No one in the office will give me a copy of my bill to detail what was paid. They said they don’t have it and someone would contact me. They don’t respond to calls text or email. Been over a month and still no response. I’m also in a contract for braces and they have neglected me as a patient refusing to schedule my appointments. Their excuse when I did get someone on the phone was they were busy and would have someone call me when an appointment is available. I have not received any resolution. *Update.* After almost two months I was scheduled an appointment and then the day before my appointment I received a call they needed to reschedule. The reschedule date was another two and half weeks out. Appointment day came and they apparently had some staffing issues. I was seen by a new orthodontist. I was scheduled for regular cleaning just a few days later I received the confirmation call the day before and said I needed to renew my in-house plan for $195. The lady on the phone assured me it would be all I needed to pay. Next day, I get to the office pay the $195 for the visit. The lady behind the desk, same one I spoke with to confirm my appointment the day before, made a few phone calls then tells me I need to pay an additional $99.81 for my cleaning. I asked for a refund and went to Aspen dental the same day. Much cheaper and at check out received a full detail of what I was paying for. I’m in a contract for my braces but I will not be returning for regular dental work."

"If I could give this place a zero I would! They're never open, but on their website it has that they're open. I'm in a ortho contract with them for braces and can never get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment for his next appointment. I was told they would give me a call to schedule it. They said my son needed four teeth pulled out, when in fact he only needed two, from what the other dentist said. This place is the most inconsiderate scam dentist I've ever went to and if I didn't have a braces contract with them, I would take my son somewhere else."
