Reviews
"Dining area was clean. Staff was friendly. The cinnamon twists tasted very odd , but the staff switched them out for chips with no hassle."
"i aint never wrote a review a day in my life, but i just had to for this taco bell bc it was AWFUL. i ordered the grilled cheese nacho fries, and so i get my food and i open the box.. and Y'ALL. i could count on one hand the amount of fries i had in that box. and i DID count em. i had a grand total of 6 nacho fries drowned in melted cheese and beef. so i go inside to show them this atrocity they gave me. me and my sister walk in, and i say "hi" to the young cashier girl with 5 month old braids, and she just looks at me. no "hey, how can i help you?" or anything. so im like "uh, ok.." and i move to the side so i can get the attention of someone from the kitchen. a guy goes "whats the problem?" and the cashier girl just shrugs her big broad shoulders and says"idk". like girl?? you would have known what the problem was if you wasn't MUTE when i spoke to you. i tell the cook the problem and he calls "stacy", who im pretty sure is the manager. stacy aint come see what the problem was, apologize, or anything. i just stood and waited for my new order, and i wasnt even really sure if they were working on it bc NO ONE would speak to me. i finally got my new order, and i opened it and it was a 20% improvement from my last one. the cook was also really creepy, bout to break his neck trying to stare at me and my sister instead of making the food. as if we want a 35 year old taco bell cook to be our man."
"Cashier was not friendly, didn't say anything other than what my total was. Wanted to try the grilled cheese fries...the order size was laughable. $3.99 for a few fries with no meat. The flavor was good though."
"I had the pleasure of stopping by this Taco Bell because I was in the mood for a breakfast burrito. After a simple question about a non breakfast menu item, it was apparent to me this taco bell does not value customer service. I quickly lost my appetite for a burrito. The drive thru cashier was unnecessarily rude. It was a simple question. Maybe she was having a bad day? I'd rather take my business somewhere else where customer service is important."
"There was little to no interaction with employees there. We walked in and the place seemed to be empty of employees. We finally found an employee to ask if we could order, and she very curtly replied and said, "that's what the kiosk is for." I said I realize that, but why can't you just take our order as we had some questions about the menu which was not exactly self explanatory. When we finally navigated through the kiosk, I was not really sure as to what we would end up with, That whole situation was painful to get through. When we finally got our food, it was disgusting!!!! It was stone cold, not put together well, and the proportions were skimpy to say the least. I (we) will not be going back to that Taco Bell."
