"It amazes me with the access to technology, especially GPS that this location has delivery drivers that don’t know how to follow a map. This is the second time that I’ve placed an order for delivery and watched on the live GPS tracker the driver drive past my house. The first occurrence I was told the driver was new and the manager apologized. The second occurrence I was asked if I could contact the driver? How? Shouldn’t the store have the technology to contact the driver? I’ve seen the screens in the store where drivers can be tracked. So why was I asked if I could contact the driver. Nevertheless I was told give him about 20 minutes and he should be there. Why so my pizza can be cold? Very disappointed in the handling of this situation. Management team, let your delivery drivers know that if they are having difficulty finding the address to contact the customer. Not drive around in circles."
"The pizza was great and the employee Naomi, even though she Said she was new, she was a very friendly and had a beautiful smile as she tried to help us with our order. I really love papajohns always have and Naomi deserves an employee of the month reward because she helped turn a bad situation into a great experience"
"Had a pick up order for my daughter. No one acknowledged me or asked me what my order was upon entering the store. I stood there for 5 mins while listening to two workers chat about their day, and the cashier on the phone. Finally got my pizza & wings. I have more CRUST than cheese and sauce on my pizza and the wings were not finished AT ALL! Wish I checked it before leaving, but I will not be ordering from this location again."
"Food is great when it's prepared properly. Delivery drivers are great generally, no complaints there. But.. I love the honey chipotle boneless wings.. except lately they have been putting barely any sauce on them.. like.. BARELY."
