"I did an order online to pick up an order for me and my daughter. This was my 1st time ever eating at a Panera. When I entered the restaurant to get my online order, it was a line at the door. The staff was friendly to the people whom they had interacting with. As the line moved, I was able to see the area to pick up my order. First off, my order was correct, so I was glad to see that. As for how it tasted, it was delicious. I got to say that tuna salad sandwich is probably the best tuna sandwich I ever had. All the rest of the food was delicious as well. This is one of my new favorite restaurants."

"Panera is definitely our go to. We do not eat out often but, when we do there are only a few places we eat from. We are Mindful of what we eat & where we eat! However, over the past 3 years, Panera has been lacking! They have raised their prices, yet the portion sizes aren't worth the price. The service isn't what's expected from the Brand! A major part of why we patron Panera was due to service. However, from managers down to hourly, the quality of service is only tolerable. We prefer to do pickup as opposed to sitting in. The atmosphere, the energy, the store, the bathrooms are not high in quality, substance, or attention! It's not that set apart, high standard service we admired about Panera!"

"loredes a cob salad with avocado and extra avocado PANERA BREAD delivered my salad and when i started eating my salad there was cut up avocado skins cut up all in the salad due to their negligence my tooth broke I reported the issue to Panera Bread they did not care Panera Bread did not accept any accountability and their insurance adjuster offered me $200 and Travelor Insurance are saying they don't how this happened and it's not on their end and yet they offered me $200 I provided PANERA BREAD X RAY and my dental bill and Panera Bread declined my case avocado skin can do dangerously damage to anyone and they know this I have pictures and the receipt for this salad and PANERA BREAD of MACON GEORGIA. still will not take accountability for what happened this is the worst customer treatment I ever experienced"

"A great place for breakfast This restaurant is located on the northeast side of the Tom Hill Sr Blvd and Northside Drive. It shares the building with one other business and is surrounded by parking lots so there is plenty of parking. As an added bonus there are electric vehicle charging stations across from this location. The store has parking inside and outside. The inside seating has the usual setup with a mix of booths tables and side seating. It has the muted colors that the Panera Decor is known for. The outside seating portion is very tastefully done with a separation wall and several tables to the right of the entrance. As with all other Panera restaurants, you can order online and inside. The counter is to the left as you enter and the menu is mounted behind it. The staff was very friendly and courteous in taking our order. We got their quiches. As usual, they were delicious and served on real plates with real silverware. The inside area was not busy and was very clean. The only downside is the prices are high and getting higher for their food. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend it to fellow travelers to the area."
