"Visited this Wendy's in Perry, GA today, even though I had read some low rated reviews. I tend not to put much faith in many of the negative reviews anymore .. I would rather visit myself and make my own decisions. Everything about this place was 5 Stars. Staff greeted me ... very polite ... answered my question about the new Nacho Burger (which I did try, and loved it). Dining room was very clean Staff was extremely professional Food was hot and good. I would highly recommend this Wendy's, and will certainly return!"

"Placed a mobile order, Went and washed my hands then went around to the pickup area. 9 minutes later a order was sat on the counter but no name was called. About 5 min later i finally asked if it was for me. They said yes but then the cashier grabbed the bag of food and held it hostage while she played around on the computer. Asked for a refund and left. Name should have been called when the order came up. And i still dont understand why the order was held hostage by the cashier"
