"I stopped by one day because my friend and neighbor said they were a Stihl dealer and I needed a chainsaw. He had jyst the right one for me on sale. I purchased it for a good price, along with the new Stihl sharpener that does the rakers at the same time, and a wedge, bar lube, and he helped ne out with the 2 stroke oil that Stihl makes and if used for at least the first 6 or 8 gallons, will double the warranty to 4 years! That's awesome! Small business needs to be supported, or they will go away. Then it will be too tough to find real service and customer support for the products we rely upon. Whenever I need a product that they sell, I will check there first and determine whether the price difference is within reason for the vastly superior service and support they will give me, or if it's just too big of a difference, then offer him the opportunity to change his price before I get it from some big-box store where I may get terribly lousy service, most likely."
