Office staff is only as good or bad as the leadership, they set the tone. A fish rots from the head down- My husband and I have been GA Farm Bureau clients for over 5 years with MULTIPLE policies....Adrienne the self proclaimed office manager at the Lawrenceville office, was VERY RUDE, OFF PUTTING, EXTREMLY CHILDISH AND CONDESENDING. I called in today with valid questions abt our policy and was met with the above. We will take our business elsewhere if this is who you have representing your company. Do better!"
