"I used this location once and will never use it again. I was shipping 3 packages from online orders for my business. The owner simply had to scan the barcode on my phone when I gave him the package for it, a label would print out, and he was supposed to attach the label to each package once the label was printed. While he was supposed to be attaching the label, I was pulling up the code for the next package. By the time we got to the third package, and I asked him to please use the label to cover the old label on the package as it was a reused Amazon envelope. He said rudely and with an attitude: "That's how we always do it!" I was taken aback by this response. When I looked at the first two packages on the counter that he had dealt with, THE LABELS WERE UNDER THEM. HE DID NOT ATTACH MY LABELS! I was baffled. I said to him, I need these labels attached before I leave. He did that in a huff. I have no idea why he didn't attach each label to the package as they printed out. Fast forwarded two days, a customer received the wrong item because he mixed up those two labels! And the other two packages have not been received AT ALL! TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!! DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!!!!"

They package our orders if needed with a smile. I pass by two providers to use my UPS store on Sugarloaf and Cruse in Lawrenceville GA."
