"I went here yesterday return my amazon packages, the young lady who helped me seem annoyed not sure if she had a bad day or because I brought in 8 packages and she had to scan/print the labels. I ask her about one of my scan bar code I mistakenly click for "customer to pack" she was very rude about me having to pack and return - at this point I didn't feel comfortable or safe to exchange or be there, mind you NO LINES NO CUSTOMERS but only me there. This afternoon I called the office about my tracking not showing status whereabout my items were shipped back to amazon, I was advise by probably the same person or another women I should contact amazon and my receipt is proof of dropping off my returns and UPS is not responsible. Please retrain your staff, service was not welcome here."

"I got here as soon as they opened. There was only one person to assist. The fee for printing a label is three dollars. I did two Amazon returns. My email to the store with my label went through immediately and I received an automated message to my email. The woman at the front was helpful and friendly.y advice would be to get here early because I can see the line getting backed up easily as people came in behind me. The parking in front of the store is tight but there is plenty of parking around the rest of the lot."
