Recently had this issue and had my food made properly and when I went to pick it up I was kindly told by the staff that every sub had a photo taken of it along with notes, as if it’s my fault for the elementary reading level, very professional :)"

"Ordered 6 footlongs online just to find out they're literally out of bread when we got there. How does a Subway run out of bread? That shouldn't even be possible. They were also out of cold cuts and had to go in the back and make some. 5 of our subs were cold cuts. Ridiculous."

"07/07/2023 07:45 AM Rude, poor customer service While viewing menu from distance back, employee threw hands in air and told me to order, then spoke to myself as if I was learning impaired. Then Proceeded to get visibility upset because I wasn’t ready to order. Went to Dunkin and waited 10 mins for order but much better customer service."
