"I've been eagerly awaiting the opening of this Papa John's as it reminds me of home (Ohio). It was just as I remembered, soft, thick crust, not too vinegary sauce and always excellent reheating in the microwave."

"I was really excited about trying this new location, however it ended up being a disaster. I placed an order online for 2 pizzas, which I never received. I literally waited 2 hours for my order ( 2 hours). I finally had to cancel the order and asked for a refund. The customer service was horrible. I don’t expect a lot from the fast food industry, but my God if you’re a new establishment the service should be at least decent. I will not be spending any more of time or money with this place."

"My dad said he wanted pizza from Papa John's so I called and placed an order. 40 minutes seemed a little long but the store is new. Plus we haven't had a Papa John's in a long time so I let the excessive time slide. However, my order being wrong after all that time I couldn't let slide. Granted they remade my pizza but while waiting for the remake I had to deal with an employee with a TERRIBLE attitude and a parking lot that was worse than the employee. Why on earth would they make the parking lot that small for a building with multiple businesses? It's so small the delivery truck almost doesn't fit. I can only imagine what's going to happen when the attached coffee shop opens. I already wasn't a big fan of Papa John's pizza but after that experience I definitely won't be back anytime soon."

"I ordered online for carry out and my food was ready ahead of time. It took less than one minute and I was in and out with my food. The Philly pizza and cheese bread was amazing!!!! Hot and fresh!! Friendly employees!"
