"One of the worst visa appointment centers I have dealt with. I have travelled to other countries in Europe and never had any issues. I just came back from Germany and the visa process was seamless. The French VFS Visa Application Center is HORRIBLE. The phone customer service center is unhelpful, the representative do not have any support and hence cannot support the callers. I got locked out of my account and they couldn't even help me. I called three times and twice asked to speak to a supervisor, but as soon as I was "connected" to the supervisor, the call magically ended and I wasn't able to talk to anyone. My advice, avoid France, go to Germany, they are more reliable."

"First things first, avoid this business if possible. I did not have a pleasant experience for a French visa here. They asked for hotel and flight reservations, which can be done online and can be cancelled online, what is this? Are you testing if I can book a hotel or not. Why should I book a flight when I don't have the visa to enter the country? They said I could finalize my documents in 30 minutes or I would get a new appointment which is 3 weeks later. I decided not to visit France till I get an American passport. By the way, the office seems like from a third world country, old, cheap furniture, dirty looking and dense. You won't want to stay there for a minute more than necessary. Sorry I don't have pictures, because phone is not allowed in this office??? I asked for a refund, the letter I received was that their services were non-refundable. How about the money I paid for courier and photo? Almost a scam. When I look at the reviews, the number of 1 star exceed the total of 2, 3, 4, 5 stars. Last word, "AVOID this place UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO"."

"I was initially very worried for my appointment for a UK student Tier 4 visa. I had purchased the bronze package and was told the wait times would be 3-6 weeks (far after the start of my program). Fortunately, the staff were very helpful - answering all my questions and they allowed me to upgrade to the silver package (a change the UK allowed as of only a week prior the the appointment). So, I sent my passport off on a Monday, and got it back on Friday with no issues. Parking for the area is at a minimum, but with a little perseverance it is possible to find something. I found street parking and lot parking nearby."

"After weeks of fear about my appointment with VFS the day finally arrived. I was extremely worried about arriving and missing documents. I had heard horror stories about booking your appointment early in the day so that you could go somewhere and print anything that you were missing in your application. After all my worry I was so happy with the kind and friendly staff. We arrived for our appointment and were quickly called to a window to start our interview process. They were so helpful going through all of our documents with us. They explained everything through the process throughly. The process was organized and painless. I couldn't be more delighted.
