"App doesn't work very well. Ordered from app and a) it chgd my card twice & b) order still hadn't been recd at TB. They made my order for me, after another customer came in and ordered at counter and got their food b4 me. Wth!"

"Ordered online, was missing 1/3 of my order. Quesadilla was only half filled, 2 entire sections were missing all toppings. All food was noticibly old. Emailed thru the app multiple times to no avail. Worst Taco Bell experience."

"Edited 1-23-24... the last 2 times I've visited this store they've withe made my burrito wrong or didn't fold properly leaving both ends open so the inside falls out all over you when you bite into it. I'm taking away a star for this reason. I'm disappointed. I will update if this improves over the next few times I come here. 4 months ago...I've visited this location twice now and each time my food was made as I ordered it and the service was great. It's so frustrating when you order something with like no onions and you get home and there's onions. Special orders get made wrong a lot but this location has been on target so far."

"Some of my food was hot and some cold. When asked for fresh fries the cashier had a attitude, she grab them from me and threw them away. Then she has something smart to say after that. She said something to the manager. I won't return"

"Came into Benning for my brothers graduation from basic and we came here for a quick bite. I thought we had someone else’s order and brought it back up to the counter. Jaz’ara confidently and calmly read the order back to me and explained the different wrapping of the items (which caused my confusion). Loved her professionalism and if this woman isn’t a manager, or a manager in training, then she’s being under utilized."
