"Only 2 of the staff members acknowledged me when I came in, & the other 3 were having loud conversations. The place was closed for a few months for repairs/remodel, but the latte machine wasn't working, so they had to make my hot chocolate with water instead of milk. It was barely warm. The young lady who actually waited on me was very sweet, but I didn't get her name. I guess using the drive-thru would be best."

"Kristy Kreme closed a few months ago to do some renovations and recently reopened. Today I saw the “HOT” sign and thought to myself I haven’t been here in a while and went through drive thru. Service. Now we know this location isn’t about the service. I get home open up my box and sadly disappointed. The donuts are small!! For $15 a dozen of original glaze (yes price increase) I expected better. Nope. I won’t be going here at all. I get better service and larger donuts at Golden Donuts."
