Taco Bell

"Went there and ordered my food. When I ordered it the crew seemed unorganized and it wasn't even that busy! I was told they didn't have a certain taco and I had to change it. Not a big deal but it'd be nice to have been told before hand. Not a bad place if you are really hungry. Update: Went back recently because my kids were the mood. This time I ordered everything seemed to move smoothly, not sure if people got adder or removed but even the dining area was super clean, definitely a big turn around and I'll definitely go back here for a taco bell craving."

"The Lady at Taco Bell yesterday on Victory Drive, called me back when I had a question about the freeze machine. She provided excellent customer service and assisted me with my concerns. I am really thankful for her. She was amazing at the drive thru line. I will be coming back to Taco Bell because of her."

"Decided to get Taco Bell for dinner. Go around 6 pm and see the steak grilled cheese nacho fries and decide to get it for the wife for something new to try. Paid 5 dollars and some change for all the cheese to be stuck on a piece of paper because they put it in the box upside down. With about 4 pieces of meat and 7 fries. Victory drive continues to never surprise me."

"I've been in and out of this Taco Bell location for the last 3 years and not once had any issues. They do the very best with current climate of "customer demand." People need to cut food service workers some slack out here. Online orders, walk ins, and drive thru.. and yet customers want everything done in 2 seconds. I applaud the hard working staff who endure the things they do daily. Thank you for your service."

"Well, it's getting to be a disappointing place. I've visited about a dozen times. This visit has me thoroughly discouraged. There was a kid on the counter for a few minutes. No forks or spoons in the store. And as seen a few other times, only half the drinks were available in the drink machine. Service is slow and customer satisfaction is clearly no longer a priority."
