"Worst experience at any Arbys ever. We have a bad habit of not looking in the bag until we're home... won't make that mistake again. They gave us a regular lemonade instead of strawberry, argued with us about the size being a large even though on the RECEIPT it said large! And then, to top it off, this is the amount of fries they put in the bag... they didn't fill the cup up. They barely put any in there. $24 for horrible service and not the amount of food that it should be. Will NEVER go to this Arbys again."

"First of all shake sizes on drive thru sign say snack small med and large upon ordering 2 medium shakes was informed they only carry regular and large then received my shakes with no chocolate drizzle and was informed they usually just don’t put any on it I am a regular customer at the one on veterans parkway in Columbus and have NEVER had these problems but I guarantee I won’t be back to this ine"

"The last 2 trips to Arby’s have been less than happy. 1st strip order 4 for 10 roast beef sandwiches and fries. Fries were old, greasy and it was right around lunch time. Asked for fresh fries and the kid at window acted like I asked for his firstborn just rude!!! 2nd trip went through to get a chocolate shake and the guy handed it to me with it covered in shake. I asked for extra napkins and again gave attitude to me."

"I ordered the French Dip Combo Meal. The fries were hot, they provided plenty of sauce packets, sweet tea was sweet. The French Dip however was not that great. The bread was extremely chewy and the cheese and the meat were extremely hot, which made me believe that they had microwaved the sandwich instead of making a fresh sandwich. The restaurant was not at all busy and the service was as it should have been."
