The communication we have received has been conflicting and only given when we inquired. Terrible customer service. If this is what we can expect from Mountain Health…no thank you!"

"This is one of the worst places I have been in my life. After I finally started traveling out of West Virginia, I had good healthcare. I've been a long time patient but refuse to go any longer as I have never had a good experience here with the business. They don't like to give you your medical records; they discourage you from going anywhere "out of the area", and the misdiagnosis problem here is terrible. There is no accountability. Good luck!"

"Undoubtedly the worst care from doctors I have ever seen. My husband had knee replacement surgery on Monday. Dr Oli preform the surgery. John didn't see the Dr and I only received a phone call from him telling me John did fine and how pretty he made his knee look. Dr Wallace did make 2 appearances, he is the hospital Dr. Before the surgery and then the next day but not afterwards to make sure he was okay. I didn't get to see John until it was time to go home because they didn't have a room for him I had no idea how he was I wasn't allowed in the recovery room. I can say the staff of recovery was very good to him but he had to wait for meds because they weren't prepared for an overnight patient. We were told he would be released at noon and at 2:00 we pulled out of the hospital parking lot. Worst hospital and Doctors."

"Avoid it all costs this is the discount basement Health provider anywhere. I am local and travel way outside of the area to avoid this provider mistakes abound. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere !!!!"
