"My husband stopped to get something small just a snack so he got a four piece kids nugget meal as you can see the nuggets were barely cooked matter of fact they were like slime customer service was good and fast but the food was horrible he was unable to eat it"

"DIRTY. We visited Sunday evening, I understand they were probably very busy over the weekend, but this playplace is in desperate need of a DEEP CLEAN. Just about every surface is sticky. The floor is filthy. This is nowhere near our first visit to this location, and it is ALWAYS a mess."

"The manager on duty was very rude. They messed up my order and then when he realized my order was messed up I had been waiting in line for 15 minutes and then he went inside and said he was going to get my change. I waited for 30 minutes never told me to move. My car never asked me to park. Just said to stay right there eventually my two-year-old was screaming so loud in the car that I had to go inside to see what was going on with My refund and when I asked to speak to the manager, he was bagging orders, like he had forgot about me in the front of his line. I do not appreciate this horrible service. He didn’t even give me my change back or asked me if I wanted to substitute any food for it he should have gave me four dollars back instead he was rushing and in a hurry to give me only two dollars back and ran to back to what he was doing. I am so disgusted with this type of management and you guys need to do better serving people of the community is very important and there is no reason to be treated like That when I am a paying customer."

"Drive thru order, cashier had problem changing $50 bill and then the food was cold. Sent the food back and they put our 2 big Mac's in the microwave. The lettuce and pickles were hot and meal was horrible."

"The employees were rude as hell one. And two, I ordered a 10 count nugget meal and a 6 count happy meal and got 8 nuggets and then 4 nuggets. Its unbelievable. Do they really not know how to count?? Its not that hard. Why do they deserve $15/hour"
