"This is the dirtiest Panera I’ve ever been to. The bathrooms always smell like urine, the carpets are ripping and stained, and the drink station has bugs. They don’t even have kiosks and the staff was seemed like doing their job was my problem. I had to tell them to put chicken on my salad"

"Nadine is amazing! She made me the best toasted sesame bagel with avocado, tomato and red onions! Oh my gosh absolutely delicious best sandwich of 2023!!! Everyone is so very kind and goes out of their way to make sure our food is delicious and perfect each and every time! Nadine is just the icing on the cake ;)) Thank you so much to every single employee at this Panera bread for always being so kind and gracious ;) I love this Panera bread! The food is always fresh and the restaurant is clean and spotless. I know the food is going to be amazing every time we're there. Fresh delicious actual real healthy food. Thank you guys ❤️❤️❤️"

"I really wish this location could get it together as it's the only location close to me but I'm about to give up entirely. I like to place rapid pick up order but usually it is not on the counter and I have to stand in line and ask for it. What's the point of making a quick online order if I have to wait behind several large groups to get it? I was in the restaurant today for 30 mins to get a to go drink and bread bowl I ordered online. Then I get home or to work and it's not correct to what I ordered. Most bakery items like bagels are sold out by the time I go anyway (10-11am). Seems a bit early to be running out of bread consistently. I really wish there was a different, better managed location close to me but I will just start finding alternatives. Also parking is a nightmare. No drive thru and tiny tiny lot."

"I’m am over it! Panera’s prices are too expensive for less than mediocre service. The first time I had an issue but they would not do anything because it was Uber Eats today I went inside and they sold me a grilled cheese with the paper from the cheese still on it. It was like a playground on the inside. Such a disappointment… and the cheese was black. French onion soup barley no cheese and the croutons I had to ask for were stale. This is no longer the place it used to be!!! I must say the young lady that took my order was really nice!!"

"Ordered food for delivery. My tomato basil cucumber salad had mold on it. When I called, the restaurant the manager said that there was nothing she could do for me and I would have to contact door dash who delivered it. I told her that I ordered it on their website and did not have access to door dash in order to request a refund. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. Absolutely refused to help me. I called their customer service line and spoke with someone else. They immediately issued me a refund and told me they would discuss how to be professional with the employee. I will not eat at this Panera again."
