"I went through the drive through. Every time I said I could not hear them they spoke lower. It was pouring down cold rain. I had just got my toddler to sleep. After the fourth time of telling them I could not hear them I just went to the Krystals next door. I should have woke my baby back up and carried her inside, placed my order, and then ate inside while she screamed her head off. I didn't think of this until just now. I'll do it next time though."

"Without a doubt the worst tacobell I've been to in years. They take forever with drive thru, they have consistently messed up my order every time. They have attitudes when you ask for sauce or anything after you receive your food. This was my last time going cause my burrito Supreme was trashed."

"There was maybe 4 cars in the drive thru and seemingly nobody inside, and service took far longer than it should have. I ordered 4 chicken soft tacos. They did not read my total back to me, just told me to pull up. Upon getting home, I took a bite of a taco only to realize there was no chicken in any of my tacos. Not only did they not read my total back to me, but forgot the most primary ingredient of a chicken soft taco. The chicken. Don’t go here."

"These are the 2 cheesy gordita crunch I got from this location. Less than half of what should be in them. I also ordered 2 soft tacos with sour cream and they had no cheese or sour cream. Absolute joke!"

"I ordered food and two cups of water. I ultimately received bad quality food and was charged $5 for two cups of ice water. They didn’t want to give me my receipt and initially refused to give me a refund. Eventually they gave me $4 and I still didn’t get to keep my ice water. They took it back. I’m a reasonable person, but this location made me feel so frustrated and cheated. I feel like they do this to run a scam on people to pocket the cash. They guy who rang me up couldn’t give me an answer and laughed at me with his coworkers. Just don’t go here."
