"A Miss Riley was very helpful in the beginning but like most situations in business, her professionalism, respect, and willingness to help changed. We have since moved to Texas and I was informed were by Jennifer that she could easily assist me in Texas. She would be able to get a Texas license in about a week. After getting somewhat settled in I called her four times on the first day. I left a message and never heard from her. I called the next day, she knew who I was when she answered. Which meant she knew who I was each time I called. I explained to her that I needed assistance getting set up in Texas. She informed me that my Medicare part B had been denied but she didn’t know why but she would look into it and call me back. She never contacted me back and I had to rectify the situation myself. I was told by SS that due to me not making a second payment on my premium I had been canceled/denied. Jennifer had told me since I made my first payment “it should be fine”. Now I stand the chance of losing my part B due to lack of proper assistance. If she didn’t want to help me after I moved she should have informed me. I find this to be extremely unprofessional. There is more to this but I will leave it at this. I would never recommend Jennifer."
