"I must have needed help on a bad week. I was told by the office that only Tara could help me. I left 2 urgent messages. I then received an appointment to just talk to her. On the day of my appointment I was told the appointment moved to 4 days later. No thought or concern that this was an urgent request. Luckily I was able to get my answers by calling everyone else in town. No sense of urgency. I'm thinking I'm not important enough for her time...but who knows since she never called me back. Hope everyone else has better luck than me."
