"The staff was mostly children and the service could not have been any better. They were incredibly kind and put a lot of effort into making sure I was happy. The younger generation gives me great hope for the future. The kids are alright."

"We have not had Wendy’s in over ten years or better. After seeing the Wendy’s commercial this morning, I said to my husband Wendy’s has really stepped up their advertising game. He said we haven’t had Wendy’s in a real long time. He said he was going to pick up a few things from there. The food was so good. Fries were hot and fresh. Not to salty. The burgers were great. The meat to cheese to bacon ratio was on point. The spicy ghost pepper sandwich was spot on. The spice was nice. Great flavor. And I had a taste of a frosty. Was my first one. Was really good. I even did the fry in frosty thing. Hit the spot. Great job Rockmart Wendy’s location!"

"Sometimes the dining room is closed during regular hours. Food not fresh like it's been sitting. Love Wendy's but this is the worst we've ever been to. Wilted salad also for a 8.99 salad is bad."

"So, this location is almost always low in customer service but this afternoon took the cake. They put a rookie on taking orders, took my order, then the next customers order which took forever meanwhile my order just sat on the counter getting cold and everyone else just walked around it like it was nothing. Food was cold, service was horrible! EDIT: This is just a FOOD place, not fast by any means. If you got plenty of time and you really don't want other food, then come here.. oh, and lobby only open sporadically."

"Went through drive through and their system went out. They said wait, and forgot about us, someone saw us by accident and told us to go to the window. They took our order, but the person could hardly hear us. We ordered a large frosty but was given a regular size. I wasn't given a receipt so I don't know what I was charged for"
