"Waited over an hour for food that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes to be told they didn’t know when it would be ready. Finally got my money back.. we will NEVER come here again. Absolutely terrible. Sick kid waited 2 hours for food and still didn’t get it. Never been so pissed off."
"This place is trash! You get crackhead DoorDash drivers that can’t read a ticket and always forget a 2 liter of Pepsi. Then on top of that your pizza barely has any toppings on it. They charge you $5.46 for delivery fee then you tip the DoorDash driver another five bucks so you’re into it for a total of $10.$.46 just for them to bring you the incorrect order and tell you they’ll be back in 20 minutes with their 2 Liter. To top it all off you can’t even get a hold of anybody at the store. When you call the location you have to speak with some Indian from Pakistan or you will ask the call center to speak with a manager and sit on hold the whole time. If you want a better pizza, go to Marco’s!"
"If I could give zero stars I would. Trying to get someone on the phone is outrageous I should have to wait 30 minutes to try and talk to someone. Also if the phone rings 3 times it sends the call over sea’s. I was hung up multiple times during this whole process. And then the wait times to try to even get your pizza is funny just go to little Caesars. It’s cheaper and not that much of a hassle."
"This location is very poorly managed. The wait times are ridiculous. The employees aren't trained on the registers. The bed sticks come barely cut. It's more a chunk of bread than bread "sticks". I watch my pizza sitting there getting cold while the woman at the register is trying to figure out how to ring someone else to. For 10 minutes I at there waiting. Not once, but twice! I hope that given another week to learn their jobs that things would move more smoothly. Absolutely not! The second visit took longer than the first. Hopefully they can get their stuff together there because the pizza is actually pretty decent. But it's def not worth the wait."
"A young lady named Sidney called me to let me know that they were out of Cajun fries but she could replace them with cheese sticks. They were out of marinara cups but that was okay. Thirty minutes later, the nicest delivery driver came and handed me my food, plus a big bowl of marinara he said he poured himself. He was the nicest guy and the food was delicious."
