Marco's Pizza

"This was at least the third time our order has been wrong. First two times was calling our order in, this time it was an online order. Receipt was correct, but sadly the pizza was not. Although the only good thing about our order this time was when we called to tell them, the manager answered the phone, and he took care of it right then. Bad part was having to go pick it up, but props to Roland the manager. He didn't sound surprised when I told him the pizza we ordered was wrong though. He actually laughed, probably a "I'm not surprised" laugh. But at least he handled it. Probably going to be a while until they get our business again. P.S. How utterly stupid to give a fake response to a bad review! Another reason to not go here again for a very long time. Frustrating!"

"Drive thru customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!! be nice to go thru the drive thru and have some one wait on me that actually cared that I got good service. Waited 40 minutes at least and there were only two cars in front of me. Boy asked me if I wanted my receipt and I said no as long as it was right. He said he hoped it was. I hope someone sees"s this!!!"

"This location has recently went from great to terrible. Pick up order was not ready at promised time, had to wait at the window for 35 minutes then order was incorrect. Manager offered to make this mistake right by remaking this order to pick up at a later date and promised it would be on time and correct. Remake Order was placed and upon arrival was told by the cashier that the order had not even been started yet. Was refused when requesting a refund so asked to speak to the manager, the manager told the cashier that he was busy and did not have time to deal with us. I told the manager that if he didn’t have time to deal with us then he could deal with corporate and he looked up at me with a smirk on his face and laughed like the young punk that he is. Old me would’ve dealt with this in a manner that would’ve caught me a charge. We will give our pizza night business to Pizza Hut from now on until this manager is fired."

"If I could give zero stars I could. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS PLACE. While the management and the other employees at the store are awesome people, the actual owners of this franchise will cheat you out of your money. It don't matter if you worked there one day or a year. We were to get paid on November 3rd, now here it is on November 7th and I have still not gotten a paycheck."

"Meh… been here twice. $15 for small cauliflower crust pizza is pretty pricy. The edges were crispy, but the rest is chewy. Also tried the thin crust and it was also chewy. Toppings were good"
