"I was one of the managers there here recently I worked the 2nd shift they hardly ever had any help for 2nd the same people would call out or be late with no reprocussions and that store is nasty yall there’s roaches all in there I wouldn’t recommend eating there the other problem is you have 2 full family working there and the favoritism is so unreal.."

"I was the only person in the place and waited some 10 minutes for a quarter pounder with cheese meal. When it arrived, the burger was haphazardly thrown into the cardboard container. There were no napkins, salt or pepper out. When I asked for some, I was given some napkins and pepper: one packet of which was filthy. I was told there was no salt. I will not return to this place again."

"I placed a mobile order and got here right as the menu changed from breakfast to lunch. There were a few hiccups, but the general manager got us completely taken care of. He had our food made and made sure we were completely taken care of!"

"Wow, so I go through the drive-thru at around 9:45 am at the Ocoee Mcdonalds and told my order to each person/window I came into contact with (2) of the $2.50 chicken biscuits with a large vanilla cappuccino. I get to the window and get handed a small cappuccino (the receipt said medium, but I ordered a large. I said it multiple times) and was told that the small was their large. A flat-out lie. I asked for a refund because i wanted my money back. I don’t have $5 to spend on a small cappuccino. They handed me 2 sausage biscuits (I ordered chicken) and poured the small cappuccino into a large cup and handed that to me cold and nasty. I still only got a small cappuccino transferred to a large. I called the store to tell them and I was hung up on when I asked to speak to a manager so i called back thinking it was an accident and the line disconnected, no, they didn't answer when i called back three more times back to back. I needed to speak to the manager while it was happening because I handed the girl back my receipt because i was half asleep but i have my entire order as proof. Ive worked in customer service for 15 years so this is hard to even post. This is the worst service I’ve ever had the dissatisfaction of experiencing. Im not eating this because I have a food allergy and I’m just appalled at the situation I was experienced. Hey, the hash browns were correct…"
