On top of that they love making you think that you misunderstood what was said to you earlier when you clearly know what you're talking about. They can VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & DECEITFUL at times. Dang sure won't beat me out of nothing."

"These people damn show don't care about the customers. they don't welcome you inside, but are abrupt to collect your money. I talked with a woman a month ago and he mentioned they always tagged him with late fees. I guess there's a benefit to not making customer calls as reminders since we hard working citizens can be overwhelmed with other issues and could forget."
