"Chickamauga, GA location. Meals were bought for someone else and the food bags were dropped off at their home immediately after, about 5-6 minutes drive away. When I inquired later, "Delicious!!""Hot" "fresh" were the adjectives used for a large order. Although I felt impatient due to our time constraints and evening plans ongoing (none of which having anything to do with Huddle House nor its employees), the server did not feed from my irritability as she took the large order from me and actually helped quickly put me into a better mood through her own. The takeout order was taken graciously and timely after allowing me plenty of time to peruse the menu and discussing it over the phone with those I was buying it for, and it was packed fully correct and with utensils and any extras which staff believed might be relevant to the meal. Both employees visible (waitress/cashier & cook) were pleasant, smiling, and friendly. I only saw the two employees that day at that time. Date was 1/30/24, late afternoon/early evening for a very large breakfast order. Zero complaints. Thank you."

"Food is always good and the servers are the sweetest. Kara was awesome. She new the menu well and kept up with my never ending thirst! Even the cook came out to see if everything was good. Love it here!"

"Went to enjoy a family dinner, it took about 15 minutes to even get menus. Once we ordered and got our food, the waitress proceeded to walk away without getting us the things we needed. There were 2 tables that remained dirty for the remainder of the time we were there, and we were there for about an hour and a half. We needed drink refills and condiments, but the waitress proceeded to walk to another table and sit down and get on her phone. Some of the food was also burnt. We couldn't get her attention for anything. She would turn and look at us but would not come to our table to see if we needed anything. At one point I said something and she just plain out ignored me. As we were getting ready to leave another lady came in and started cleaning the tables and refilling our drinks. Overall just a terrible dining experience. Hope the right people see this. I truly hope something gets done about it."
