"WARNING BE AWARE: I had an actual handful of BEARD HAIR put in my bean burrito & spit or some other closely related substance in my hard taco, when getting dinner here, because the employees found it to be funny? You cannot take legal action against this behavior unless it causes real injury. So please please check your food at this Taco Bell. A lot of the employees they hire just seem to be of the lowest moral class possible. They did fire most of the staff on duty each time from what I understand & issued me a refund but that just seems like the least they could do. Needless to say I have legitimate PTSD about eating any fast food now, especially Taco Bell & I will never return to this one if I ever get over it."

"Listen. Taco Bell is my favorite. But hear me out. The dinner shift is lacking, and something needs to be said. When I come here for LUNCH , it's perfection. The lady at the window is a super star. Lunch shift I never have an issue. The last 2 times I've come here on dinner shift... it took way longer than usual to go through the line. But worst of all. There was literally... no cheese sauce in my cheese cup for Nachos. It looked like someone had already eaten it. My burrito was flat. The prices have almost tripled since the beginning of the year, and I keep getting less and less food. This needs to be resolved. I know some things the store can't handle, like prices. But cmon. I KNOW for a FACT that I'm supposed to have more cheese sauce than what I got. My bean burritocould have not only had a tea spoon of beans in it. Pictures will be attached to show food quality. "I’m only giving a star at all because it makes you. This is the worst Taco Bell around here, and it used to be great! My order was poorly thrown together with one maybe possibly two pieces of chicken on the chicken bacon ranch burrito, also it was basically lettuce and a ton of sauce, my taco was so bad that when I called she said she knew she would have to replace it. Then said she wasn’t replacing the whole order for two items and as I was calmly telling her the problem with the rest of the food, she said I made that burrito myself I know it has more than one piece of chicken, I said well I assure you it does not, she said that they wasn’t replacing the whole order for two items, I offered to bring the whole order back for her to see for herself and give them this food back and have it replaced she refused to take it back and refused to replace it, insinuated I was lying, and went on to say that I’m just picking to try to get free food and hung up on me. Below are are pictures of the food I received, and then was called a liar over it,disrespected and treated like trash over, actually saying that I’m am picking now to try to get free food and then hung the phone up."
