"Slow slow slow. The staff is really nice and clearly they are super busy. But they really need more help and a better system. I had to change to a different pharmacy because for what ever reason they couldn't get my insurance to approve a med. Kept say it needs doctor approval, my doc's nurse approved so many times and still Walgreens couldn't get the job done and they are just way to busy to follow up and give me the Xtra time I deserve. To he very day I transferred my scripts to Walmart they were approved and I got a live person to actually call me to discuss my meds and they are all proved to prob. Sorry Walgreens, get your cooperate people to do better!"

"I was 40 minutes on the phone just for them to announce they are going on a 30 minute break at 11:40 am . When the message said lunch break is at 1:30 to 2 pm ??? All I needed was to cancel a prescription that I thought was my recent prescription not last years .Now you going to call my Dr's office waste their time and I will not need it , because it's not the Right prescription. Also why is there no option online to cancel it. Overall I am only using the Lynn Haven Walgreens from now on . They never leave me on hold that long!"

"Most of the time I love Walgreens. Ive been waiting all day for a script for my mom as she and I both have Covid. I finally went to get it and the drive thru is closed. I call them and they explain their drive thru register is down. And I told them I didnt think they would want me to come in so could they have someone run it out. They asked if someone else could come in because they are busy. I broke down into tears and the woman took pity on me. But honestly... The idea the drive thru is closed when people are sick and should not go inside is insanity. I understand they are busy but hire some dang people who want a job! Thank you though to the lady who helped me out anyway."
