"I spent the last three days in excruciating pain, anxious about a lack of funds and the amount of schoolwork I hadn't completed due to being bedridden. I called to book an appointment, in tears from the pain, and was almost immediately welcomed by the most concerned and kindhearted receptionist who tried to calm me down. She booked an appointment for me the very next afternoon. There was minimal or no wait time. I was worried, to say the least, because I'd had horrible experiences with dentists in the past and fully expected the same this time. I was mistaken; everyone here is genuinely welcoming and attentive to their patients. I needed a root canal, and Dr. Mann went above and beyond to make the experience as easy and painless as possible. My main concern was finances, as I am a full-time college student without insurance. I thought I'd have to just suffer through the discomfort, but Miss Takilah helped me discover the right payment plan that worked for me. She was not only patient with my inquiries, but she went above and beyond to ensure that I understood what I was signing up for and what it meant moving forward. Literal angel that genuinely empathized with the situation I was in and helped me drastically! I genuinely believe I have discovered my go-to dental clinic. To the entire staff at Dental Mann Clinic thank you for such an amazing experience."
