"I hope to deter you from ever considering using USAVEIT for anything but a quick medicine pickup. This USAVEIT's operating policy forbids voice, text or email communication with the customer. They all said the same thing when I asked about this: 1) we do not call the customer nor fill the prescription went we receive a new script from your doctor; 2) We do not call when the prescription is ready; 3) We do not call when the prescription is back ordered; 4) We do not call if your insurance carrier requires a pre-authorization. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS MODEL IS THIS? How is this practical for the average customer? I tried a work-around- their smartphone app, but that doesn't even work! (Aargh!) Even after downloading on TWO Android phones! So I visited their website to get a fix for this (and complain too) and guess what- there's NO customer service number! No corporate mailing address! Just a pig with lipstick."

"I'M BEING CHARGED FOR MEDICINE THAT MEDICAID IS TO BE PAID FOR. MEDICAID HAS PAID FOR ALL MEDICINES SINCE I'VE BEEN ON. THE ONLY REASON I SWAP TO U SAVE IT PHARMACY CAUSE YOUR CLOSER TO MY HOME. BUT NOW YOU'RE DOING EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO MAKE MONEY OFF ME. MY MEDICINES ARE ALL COVERED BY MEDICAID."
"These people were very rude to my aunt and refused to redeliver her medication unto three days later. Until they learn to respect the elderly, they shouldn't distribute medications at all. Moreover, the delivery service purely sucks... l refuse to support disrespectful businesses in the South Macon area. Thumbs down for u save pharmacy...uuuugh!!!"
