"While standing in line for over 15 minutes (that’s usual, I expect it) someone comes up from front of store, looks at line, then as woman being served finishes, she proceeds to go to register next, & young lady who always works register proceeds to help her, the one that just cut in front of all of us. I step up and say “umm, I’m sorry but there’s a line” the girl working register and women in the pharmacy just stare blankly, so I add “I’ve been waiting in line with these people, she just walked up”… crickets… then girl proceeds to continue ringing the rude line cutter up! When I get to register, no apology, no “sorry we didn’t see her just walk up” Nothing! They made me feel like the bad guy for them not doing the right thing, & telling cheater to go to the end of the line! That’s as much on them to keep things right as it is on customers to DO right!!"

"This is the worst excuses for a pharmacy I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. Staff is shockingly cold and unhelpful presumably because of terrible understaffing issues, or at least that’s what they keep complaining about when you press them. Hours keep shortening or closing so much you never know if they’ll actually be open at a reasonable time. Lines are unbelievably long, and if you actually manage to get a pharmacist on the phone you should probably go buy a lottery ticket. Do better."

"Just went to pick up a prescription for a friend who is home sick with COVID. The doctor sent in the prescription around 5:00, and my friend called to ask me to pick it up after 6:15 when it was supposed to be ready. I went over to the store and found the pharmacy closed even though their hours on line on their web page are listed as 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. today. Apparently they had closed at 5 p.m. with no warning on their web page. Christmas hours are posted, but hours for today are posted as 8:00 to 8:00. When people are dealing with medical issues, this is not okay!!!"

"She shouldn't have to wait almost 2 hours for a prescription to be filled. That is ridiculous. They will tell you they'll text you and call you but if you don't just sit right in front of them you don't get a call or text for hours later. When you're sick and you need to be at home sitting in the parking lot for over an hour waiting on a prescription is unacceptable"

"Terrible customer service. They pick up the phone, blurt out some inaudible, unfriendly greeting - the only thing discernible is an attitude - then put you on hold. Forever. While on hold, Every time the phone rings (because they have taken forever) they just throw you back on hold to listen to music that is staticky. I think the goal is to get you to hang up and go to a different pharmacy. Mission accomplished."
