Warm you up until they get your business. the agent he stated will return call on 1/4/24 , wow after repeat call no response. They say he does not work in the office phone number he gave. Why would you give me that phone number and you do not work in that office. I’ll tell you why. This is exactly how they treat their clients. It’s too early in the year 2024 to be frustrated. Apparently customer services is not big on their list. And imagine if I needed them it would be an issue. This is why their ratings AAA+ say no complaints. Really. They ignore them. From the outside looking in as a new customer."
