"I used my Allstate app for roadside assistance(first time) and was assigned this company. After waiting 2 1/2 hours I called because it was passed the time the tow was supposed to arrive. When the guy answered there was a small child in the background. He said “honestly I forgot about you!” How unprofessional! He then asked me to leave the keys with the vehicle and leave it. I said I didn’t feel comfortable plus I need to be at the shop to authorize work on the car. He said if I won’t leave the keys he won’t help me. He had an issue arise personally which I get but you couldn’t be bothered to cancel on your end so I could be assigned a different person? I too have kids and a disabled Dad to care for. I also had to miss work for this. So rude and unprofessional! Read the reviews this is not the first time he’s done this to someone! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"

"I observed this towing company, when I was in a emergency situation. Cortez was not only professional but, upfront and vast in his response. He communicated with me every step of his process in towing my vehicle. "My insurance dispatch called this company to help me with a tow. My insurance gave me an ETA of an hour. I called personally to confirm with towing company. He assured me it will be an hour. 2 hours later he was no show, called him several times no answer. When I called my insurance company I was informed the job was complete.I was on the side of the with my 9 month old baby for several hours. He lied to my insurance company. Please choose a reliable company for your towing needs."

"Unprofessional towing company. Don’t ever use them you will be sorely disappointed. you have been warned. This makeshift of a business never showed up to tow my car after they had initially said they would tow car in an hour. They didn’t even have the decency to even let me know they will not be able to show up. I ended up wasting 2 + hours of my time waiting for them to tow my car."
