"Do NOT. GIVE MONEY TO THEM They have told me my check was in the mail now for 6 weeks and will not give me a straight answer about my approximately 850.00 dollar refund. Oh they cancelled per my request after 230.00 dollar price increase. My escrow pmt has gone up 150.00 ea mo now because of their lack to refund $ so I can get it to bank. Now I have double escrow charges."
