"I called to cancelled my policy and I’m still being billed for it. He hung up in my face and was extremely unprofessional. I was recommended by him from the apartment complex that I moved into but I wish I would’ve went elsewhere because he’s not professional and didn’t do his job when asked. There’s enough Allstate agents in the state of Georgia, go elsewhere to save yourself from the headache and unprofessionalism. I would rate him a zero if possible. Terrible agent who mixes feelings with business! Will call corporate to complain about his professionalism or lack there of and how I was treated! Never leave reviews but because of him I have been overcharged and delayed with getting renters insurance with my new apartment."
