"The representative was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me to find some solutions. Two issues: with Allstate a 35% year over year increase was unexpected and disappointing. Locally I'm frustrated with how difficult it is to reach someone from this agency since they took over for Marilyn Todd. Very very long wait on hold times."

He was not only very educated and very professional but he was patient and kind and willing to take the time to answer all my questions because this was not an easy decision to change companies. I did get some other quotes from other agents and some of them were a little lower but not enough to compete with Conner's treatment of my situation. I hope we never have to file a claim but I feel confident if I need to this agency will be there on my side. Do i recommend these people and their agency - as an old South Georgia woman would say, " Hell yea"!!!!!"
