He talks quite fast, and it's hard /impossible to interrupt him and ask a question about something he's just said. Jeff doesn't take the time to listen to policy holders, BUT John does. If you're going to get a state farm policy, I STRONGLY suggest you ask for John when you call. State Farm has a strong reputation for being client-focused and is known for helping their policy holders. If you've been in a car accident or had your home burn down, the last thing you want is an insurance company to be AGAINST you. There's a reason my father would only insure his properties and autos with State Farm!"
