No only did she help me with my insurance question, but she went above and beyond to help with additional questions I had as a first time homeowner that was not related to insurance. I can't tell you how much that means to me. She was also very nice and understanding through the entire process. A+++++. If I could give more stars I totally would."

"I have had a bad experience at this insurance agency. I called the office to inquire about why roadside would have had a two hour arrival time for only changing a tire during business hours on a Monday. The secretary named Ashley took a message but the actual agent was not in the office and he never returned my phone call. Take your business somewhere else because this office enjoys having customers but could improve at customer service."

She communicated with me daily to resolve a problem with our policy that we created. Her professionalism and follow up was noted, appreciated, and should be awarded. "I had Geico for over 10 years and switched to Allstate in 2020. A friend was working for The Hackworth Agency - Allstate and I transferred my multiple insurance accounts to her. After she left the agency, I contemplated going back to Geico, which I have loved for their customer service. After working with Ashleigh Thompson on several occasions (umbrella policy, homeowner’s, and car etc), I could not fathom leaving Allstate. Geico offered me a rate for my car over $100 lower for the 6-month term than what I currently pay at Allstate. Being on fixed income, that is a factor, yet despite that fact, I decided to stay with Allstate solely because of Ashleigh and could not be happier. Ashleigh is always cheerful, responsive and very knowledgeable. Kudos to her for being such a wonderful Hackworth Agency-Allstate employee and a joy to deal with."
