"These guys missed the mark on all fronts. They are impossible to get a hold of and rarely pick up the phone, even during business hours. They do not return calls until they get wind of you cancelling your policy with them. This would not be such a big deal if you could circumvent them and call Travelers directly but they have a stranglehold on your policy and if you call the national number you will be told "your agent has requested that you contact them directly" and promptly hung up on. It took me half a dozen calls over a series of days to straighten out their billing screwup and set my policy to go to the mortgagee instead of dinging my credit card. God forbid you actually need to file a claim. They also pulled a bait and switch by signing me up for the driver surveillance program despite me saying I was not interested. After I didn't download the app my rates shot up dramatically. Highly recommend either dealing with Travelers directly or choosing a different agency."
